Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The Referral Program is available to Jaclyn Marie Health current clients, past clients, and partners.

Rewards: Rewards are issued once your referral signs up for one of my paid services (group coaching or 1:1 coaching).

Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
